The nexmart TradeApp was launched on May 30, 2022 and presented to retailers at the Restaurant zum Doktorhaus in Wallisellen. This means that the Swiss market now has a new and mobile tool for direct order entry at the shelf for iOS as well as Android.
With TradeApp, Swiss retailers are able to enter orders and transmit them electronically to their various manufacturers – without having to expand their IT infrastructure. To do this, a retail partner uses TradeApp to capture barcodes via shelf labels, on the products themselves, on packaging, or in printed or digital catalogs, selects the desired quantity, and sends orders directly to manufacturers. Customer-specific prices and availability can also be queried in real time, depending on the manufacturer. All this considerably reduces the workload for retail partners – leaving more time for customer advice and sales.
