The performance of mobile devices has grown so significantly that ordinary desktop computers will be replaced by smartphones in the near future. Currently, there are only a few true reasons left to have a large PC in the office or at the workplace.

The processor performance of mobile devices has grown so significantly in recent years that it is perfectly sufficient for everyday desktop applications. This means we will connect external peripherals like screens or printers to our phones, or connect them wirelessly via Bluetooth.
The Smartphone Will therefore Become the Main Computer that is Always with You, Everywhere.
The smartphone will become an everyday helper with which you can shop, pay, communicate, identify yourself, and interact completely freely. In addition, there are the so-called wearables, smaller and even more mobile computing devices that are worn by users like clothing.
In view of this, the question arises: What does this mean for us as a mobile app manufacturer? And what does this mean for our customers, mainly retail companies that operate e-commerce?
When applications shift to more mobile devices, the ‘how’ plays a role: meaning, how is it implemented? Were desktop applications rather carelessly adapted for mobile view, or was mobile conceived and thought of from the beginning? We have decided to focus on mobile devices and further develop our technology accordingly. This goes so far that we develop applications in the native language of the respective device to be future-proof and fast on the platforms. Solutions in the form of websites are only based on the lowest common denominator, which ultimately doesn’t truly satisfy anyone.
Thus, our solutions at ieffects are always a bit smoother and more responsive. And we can help our retail customers keep up with the times – furthermore, we make many people’s lives easier with it.
